In the Windows 2003 firewall let's you open ports but when i turn it on it does not let me get to webppliance on ie. What port needs to be open so i can have the firewall on and still access webppliance?

There should be a redirect in IIS for /admin .. the URL and port number will be in the redirect properties.

You need port 19638 open to access webppliance gui.
