Initial Problem with Ensim

First I couldn't access Ensim, then I restarted the server. Then, when I logged on, it said something about my license being invalid....

I'm sure my license can't expire if I never used it, so what's the problem here?

You'll need to submit a ticket under the category "Initial Installation", if this is a new server.
