You would install the other one the same way you installed yours. :) Make sure the person you're installing it for has the ssl key and certificate.

You'll need to upload it via Ensim, but you can't do that until you configure the site as an IP-based site. Check out the documentation over at Ensim.com, there's some useful information there. :)

i got my new ip, and trying to install certificate. do i need to get a new cerificate? as the ip changed, and i cant install cetifcate. i get following error.
# Result : Unable to save the certificate.
# The following error occured: The key /home/virtual/admin15/etc/httpd/conf/ssl.key/server.key and the certificate /home/virtual/admin15/etc/httpd/conf/ssl.crt/server.crt.new do not match.
Original Message:

The key and the certificate do not match. It doesn't matter what IP that it's on. You'll need to find the key that matches that certificate. :)

We just purchased a static IP address for a client of ours and also have SSL certificate for that site. Now we tried to convert the name based site to IP based site and it failed with error message that netmask needs to be converted to 255.255.255.0 instead of 255.255.255.192 but we don't know how to do this.
Has anybody done this before?
Please let me know
Thanks
