Backup Scripts

Just curious of anyone had some backup scripts for windows 2k3? I am intrested in automating the backups of some stuff on my server like:

Mysql DB - Got this one figured out
MSSQL Desktop DB -
Mail Enable Settings/ Users -
Metabase for IIS -
Sites (Filesystem) -

If all possible I would like to do something like rsync to save bandwith. If anyone has suggestions that would be awesome.
