HELP! I was told that installing software on my server remotely was a snap. Well without any assistance on that posted anywhere on the ServerBeach website or really any clear option of posting this question through the support form I am in a loss. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know.
Thanks to all,
Jonathan

Jandron,
I've been FTP'ing my installation files up to the server, then running them from there. This should work for most installation programs, but possibly not game servers. What software do you want to install?

im not sure, but it should be possible to use remote desktop programs to get a view of your desktop.
I would suggest one that has a good means of authentication, and dont use the default port.
I do not own a server as yet, so i cannot tell you for sure if this works.
Someone else here should be able to give insight on this though.

Server Beach Windows Servers include MS's Terminal Services which allows you to see and control your server's desktop remotely. However, it doesn't include file transfer capability, so you have to use FTP or something else to get your installation files sent to the server so you can execute them on the server.
