Backing up entire server sites

Hi! I am upgrading servers tonight (to RH ES 3.0) and have to save everything from all my sites. Is there a way I can do this with ensim? I assume you go to backup/restore and choose to backup everything (will this also backup my databases?)
However what do I use for my ftp information if I am trying to backup all the sites and databases. Thanks,

The Ensim backup utility should backup all of your content, configurations, and databases. I do not know if you will be able to restore the backup easily unless you plan on restoring it on another Ensim server. We currently do not offer Ensim on Red Hat ES 3 because Ensim does not support RHES3.
