Ensim File Permissions

I spend more time here than actually enjoying my server...
anyways...

ensim is a control panel for windows...
ensim has read and write features for files...
ensim creates iwan and iurs users related to the sites in ensim
great they should have permissions to run simple scripts like cdonts and cdo...


iis under server administrator section has read and write enabled
iis under site administrator has them aswell...
i place a simple script inside the "Scripts" folder to execute which i believe thats the purpose of the scripts folder but no good!!!

everyone tells me make sure iwam and iurs are under properties/permission/etc... in iss...ensim adds them...

every which way i try to add the correct permissions i get a "permission denied"

only way it seems to work is if i add write permissions to the actually file but that brings up the windows iis login window.
thats no good!!!

I need to know the correct way to set permissions to run scripts in the scipts folder?

dont get me wrong i actually got one file to work...but the setting where reset...???!!!!
