4 days ago got locked out of my server with the message Terminal Server has exceeded the maximum allowed connections after I was dropped while connected to the server.
Left a support message via the website 2 days ago and have had no response.
Tried 3 days ago, yesterday and today to reboot the server via the control panel and the server has not still rebooted. What can I do?
Thanks,
David

Yikes- you've managed to scare me. I didn't realize there was a 2-connection limitation. See this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=250991
The rapid reboot should resolve this- what message is displaying on the Server Beach admin page?
I noticed I usually have 2 connections at any given time- because I log in from 2 separate locations. If you are doing the same thing, I might suggest logging in from a different location to see if you can connect to one of the 2 existing connections.
Good luck.

David, This won't help you right now, but should prevent this situation from recurring. Read the following thread:

Thanks for all the info I will take care of that as soon as I can get back in. Tried the rapid reboot and the admin page says reboot initiated, but it hasn't happened still.
This is a relatively new server, anyway you can get it manually rebooted and then checked out to see why the rapid reboot doesn't work? I tried it 3 times previously.
Thanks,
David

David,
I have had the same problem a couple of times. Here is what you can do...
1... Initiating the rapid reboot.
2... Do a remote desktop session again.
The remote desktop will have a dialog asking you what the problem was. Make sure to change the selection at the top. (This will enable the ok button). Then make sure and add in the comment box why you rebooted. (I assume [hope] they read the comments)
This has worked for me fine. Hope it helps you!
