Looking for Windows Network Analysis software?

Does anyone have some good network software they'd like to recommend? I don't care if it cost $1,000, if it's good can you tell me what you've used? I'd like to install this software an monitor all packets on a LAN. I'd like to log everything on the network from every port and from which IP it came from and what IP it's going.

Know of any good software like that?

for the get down get dirty no hold bared I breakout sniffer Pro or if it's a larger site I would call network general, they will send you a laptop loaded with the goodies.

Rarely do I use or need any type of software to do this, after a certain point you just know where the problem is.
