Enable Remote Access -Telnet

Anyone know how to enable remote access to the server (linux server)? I can't find it in WHM, and if I try to connect via telnet to my IP or domain name, I'm getting denied at the 'open' command.

Telnet is disabled by default on Linux servers due to security risks. You have to use SSH to connect.
