Hi all-

Was wondering if I can get any help here. I sent a ticket in and received a response from support that it was probably something wrong with my servers memory but have since gotten no response in almost 48 hrs. Here is my problem.

I received the following email below. Is this something that can be fixed on my end or do I have to wait for support?

thanks,
Rich

Your kernel had an Oops!

This is the result of bad hardware or a kernel bug.
Your system may continue to function as normal, however
there is a good chance bad things are happening right now.
Bad things include: files disappearing, daemons crashing,
complete server crashs, disk corruption and many others.

You might want to check your RAM with memtest86 as this is
usually the cause of the problem.

The Oops is below:

Woudln't it be SBs job to manage hardware failures and not yours?

Yes it's there responsibility but why should I have to wait so long
for a hardware failure? That should be resolved quickly I would think/hope.

I was hoping maybe someone might be able to help or that someone from support might see my post.
