I am trying to install the MySQL Module throught webmin 1.140 in Debian 3.0. Are there any tutorials out there that can get me on the right path? Everytime I try to install I get:
"The MySQL admin program /usr/bin/mysqladmin was not found on your system. Maybe MySQL is not installed, or your module configuration is incorrect."
I have installed it throught the Webmin Install Module section directly from the Webmin Website.

Heh, good luck for this. I had to do things a round-about way before it would work right. Turns out, ServerBeach does not apt-get webmin, the way it probably should be done with Debian, but does a manual install.
So what you need to do is backup /etc/webmin
Apt-get install webmin-mysql (Not sure of the package name)
It will tell you that it must install the webmin package (Because it wasn't done via apt-get) and overwrite the current copy.
After its done, go to /etc/webmin and copy the mysql folder to your backup. Delete everything in /etc/webmin and copy your backup back into place.
This worked for me and I never had a further problem with it, though I found phpmyadmin to be a more useful tool.
You can then use the Webmin panel to upgrade Webmin to the newest version.

We install Webmin from tarball because the version that is packaged with Debian is rather old and not compatible with the latest Webmin modules. It saved a lot of headache and tickets to just install the latest version available from the Webmin site.

since SB isn't going with the debian stable version, 0.94, then why not go with a more recent one than 1.110? webmin is currently at 1.140. just curious.
