View Full Version : RR blocked our subnet from sending mail to its customers

I submitted a ticket for this a week ago but to no avail.

Subject:#6594-1 Subnet blocked from sending mail
RoadRunner has blocked our subnet from emailing its customers. This has happened once before and you fixed it on your end by contacting them directly. Please correct this immediately as it is a serious issue when my customers can\\\'t contact their RoadRunner contacts.

Needless to say our server is not a spam server so it is someone else on the subnet. I don't see why my customers should have to suffer from someone else's open relay.

Speaking of open relays, I never checked my server when I got it a few days ago, come to think of it. In fact, mail has been on the back burner. They do come locked down right?
