quotacheck resets user quotas

Been having a problem last couple weeks.

I'll modify a users quota, as root, during the week(to about 10 MB larger). On sunday night, quotacheck runs
(/sbin/quotacheck -avum), and resets the users quota back to what it was.

Any ideas?

Did you ever figure this one out? I don't have any answers unfortunately, but I would love to hear the solution in case I ever see a problem like this myself. :)
