Not receiving root/nobodys/mailman mail

What would cause me to stop receiving my root mail,nobodys mail and my mailman's mail?

I usually get alot of these due to our autoresponders service being on our domain but haven't received any for the last 24 hrs.

I checked in the mailmanager in my WHM and they are all set to be received by the correct email address.

Any help would be appreciated.

dumb question, but is the service running? also, if so, did you try bouncing the service?
