I tried installing the HELM demo about 4 times over the last two weeks and so far I cannot get past the installation. It's way too complicated for my taste. If I have to learn the intricacies of HELM then I might as well just learn Windows 2003.
In fact, I'm making far more progress learning to run Windows Server 2003 directly than I ever expected to make. It's a steep learning curve at first but once you "get it" - it's got to be way better than relying on a third party package.
I'm sure the people at Helm are very nice but really... they messed up big time with so many different passwords issues just for the setting up. I counted 3 or 4 different spots where you have to enter different passwords and this is just the admin configuration before you even get to reseller or end user levels.
It's confusing to say the least. One thumb DOWN.
