New Server - Unable to connect to cPanel or WHM

I am a new user and I cannot connect to my cPanel or WHM using the address provided by Server Beach. I have opened a ticket as I suspect it is a set-up issue but just in case, I thought I would ask here to see if I was doing something stupid.

I am connecting to http://##.###.##.###:2086 and :2082 (the #s are real numbers for my IP address.

Is there anything else? Am I missing something?

Ok, They got it running and I changed my Apache DocumentRoot to the correct directory.

I cannot install FrontPage Extensions using the cPanel.

Do I need to creat an account for my main html host? When I try it says you can't. WHM won't let you install FrontPage without an account.

Please help?
