Kernel Error?

Hi,

I was just monitoring my LogWatch file that comes every day from my RedHat/WHM/Cpanel server and it has this.

Should I be concerned? It has made me a bit nervous.

Thanks knightfoo. I was still groggy enough when I woke up to seemingly not to have thought to even search. Hopefully I do not check log files and panic when I see something like that too often.
