How do I set the PTR record for me IP Address?

You need to put in a PTR request through the Request Support form which can be found in the MyServerBeach control panel. The PTR for your primary IP address is automatically set to the hostname of your server (the one you set when you ordered). If you want it set to something else, you will need to put in a request.

How can I test/verify what my PTR record is set to?
