Error 404 on php files

I just installed PHP on my server. I have the ISAPI extensions set for all sites. I have the php MIME type set as text/php. Although when I browse to the php file via firefox or IE, I get error 404. The server sees the file there, IIS even sees it when I click the site name. IUSR_* has permission to View the file, yet I still get error 404. I have the php.exe and the dll file with correct permissions.

Any ideas?
