one of my users is trying to delete his SSL certificate due to his incorrect setup.
When he treis to delete the certificate (from cpanel --> SSL manager --> Certificates --> delete button)
it says: The Certificate for bagsplash.com cannot be fully deleted, because it is installed in the system ssl directory!
What should I do? how do I delete it from the SSL directory ?
