Hi,
I need to download the files of my website from remote server to my local computer.
I donot have the FTP info, the only thing I have is login info of Remote Server. How can I download files of my website from Remote server to my local computer?
Thank you,
Although I haven't tested this since the name change to 'Remote Desktop' this was a good tool for Terminal Server:

While you are logged into Remote Desktop you can add/change your FTP info to login via FTP. Depending on what FTP program was used. You should be able to set yourself a user account very easily.
Good luck.

I can't tell you how to do that, but I do know how to do it in reverse. In the Remote Desktop options, under the Local Resources tab, check Disk Drives and your machine's hard drive(s) will be mapped on the server so you can upload directly to them from the server.

I think it is too late to answer to this post. However, I think it is a good suggestion. I had a windows dedicated server with a web site with thousands of files. I needed to download a weekly backup to my local computer. I downloaded the backup file using http instead of ftp. First you can connect using remote desktop. Then create a .zip file with all the web site files, it is very easy in windows, just right click the folder and then "send to" compressed folder. Then copy the created zip file to a folder that is accessible from the web (maybe you need that folder to be password protected). I think http is much more reliable than FTP at least with very large files.
