Kernel Error invalid ICMP?

I am getting this strange message from LogWatch.

What is this mean? And should I concern about it ?

Probably just a misconfigured router or host, or someone trying to initiate a smurf-type attack. These are filtered by our routers and most routers on the Internet, so it's not much to worry about.
