Anyone know what dbopen is and how to get a library containing it installed so that I can have webalizer do DNS lookups?

dbopen = part of the Berkeley DB library or libdb.

The package name should either be db3 or db4, depending on your version of RedHat. RedHat ES may have some type of libdb-compat package for an older version of the library.

I ditched the idea and am having apache do it for this guy.
