HELP! Trouble Installing MS SQL Server.

HI. I am having trouble installing MS SQL Server on my W2003 box. I uploaded the software, but when I run the exe (setupsql.exe), I get an error that says "Windows Cannot Open This Program Since It Has Been Disabled". Any Ideas? Thanx.

Is this a Windows Server 2003 Web Edition? If so, I don't think you can run MS-SQL on it.
