problem with ensim

I having problems loading up the webppliance. I think my FQDN is wrong. How do I know which FQDN is right?

You seem to be asking the wrong question.
Your question has no relevance to a login problem.

The reason for my question was to troubleshoot your problem with loading webppliance.

Your FQDN is the server name you provided when you first ordered your server.

It sounds like your servername doesn't resolve
via DNS, so you won't be able to access your server using the FQDN. Have you tried accessing the login screen using the IP address (ie: http://IPADDRESS/admin/)?
