Well My server is going to be moved Sunday night. I may look into getting a new server in the next month or two. The only reason being is I want Cpanel now. I have plesk and there is nothing wrong with it but you all know Cpanel is just awesome.

I really do not need the space and I do not need to upgrade the box. So my question is to you Cpanel people, Is this worth it? Or should I just wait until I need to get another box? I hear Cpanel comes with a bunch of software to add to a site like. Message board(PHPBB) chat rooms, and stuff like that. That would make my life easier. As I have to do alot for clients that do not know how to install this stuff from scratch. I know I can set up a skelenton for Plesk but then every client from then on gets that. It would be cool to set up a few skelentons to choose from. But that is a plesk issue lol

I am not sure how much extra it would cost to get a box just like mine with Cpanel on it. i will call sales and talk to them next month about it. Just looking for views. Also I am running Fendora and will get it with the new box.

While I haven't used PLESK I am a current CPANEL user so I can vouch for its 'user friendlyness'

CPANEL comes included with some features in its add-ons section like you mentioned (phpnuke, e107, phpbb forums, etc) but you can also install FANTASTICO while allows like another 20 things to be installed using an auto-installer (forums, ticket systems, CMS' such as Nuke, etc).

As for the user end in general its VERY easy to operate. Everything is very easily layed out (I prefer using the BLUELAGOON layout for my customers) and the WHM manager for the administrative again is pretty easy to use.

Also, if you do hosting, there's an add-on called WHMAUTOPILOT you can get which allows you to integrate an order and invoice system into the site and it talks to your WHM control so you can allow auto-account creation via your site signup VERY easily.
