Outlook 2003 won't let me click on links in e-mail

Within the past few weeks I've started having a problem with Outlook 2003 that I can't seem to find a solution for. I wonder if anyone here has dealt with the same issue and found a way around it?

When I receive an e-mail that has links in it and I click on one of the links I get a message that tells me, "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

Try this: Open IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web
Settings. Now try Outlook again.
