Can't ping server right now?

Is anyone else having this problem right now? I can't connect, or even ping, to my server and yesterday it was working fine.

I tried from my computer here in Orlando and another machine I have remote access to in Los Angeles, so I know it's not my ISP.

Serverbeach status says that the server is up and running, and I tried rapid reboot, but still can't ping it.

Does anyone know if this means the server is down? Or could it be some other problem?

It could possibly be a routing issue. I would recommend putting in a support ticket with a traceroute from the location where you cannot connect.
