Is there a big learning curve to switch from Fedora to Debian?
I'm running Fedora with mysql, sendmail, php... the standard stuff...

Shouldn't be too bad if you are not doing anything that intricate. I like debian. As serverbeach installs debian woody with nothing except ssh and webmin, you will want to look at the packages on debian.org for Woody(Stable) and see if they are going to be up to date enough for you to install from apt-get. If not you might have to upgrade to testing(Sarge) and/or install needed apps from source.
Like I said, I like running debian on servers. It is easy to run only what you need. Other distros can do this too, but it seems a little harder to get them that way from the start. If nothing else, install debian on a testing box at home and see.
