Hi,
I have a bizarre problem in which Terminal 2003 drops connections for all remote user (by this I mean all users outside of our local office). The remote users access the Terminal server via a DSL connection and they can all still ping the server name etc but they just can't log onto the Terminal server again.
Funnily all users of the Terminal server who work on the same network as the server itself can still log on correctly and simply restarting the Server then allows all users to log back in.
Has anybody elsehad any problems similar or got any advice on things to try?
Thanks,
