Hello
This has nothing to do with hosting, so I hope it doesnt get removed. This is a question for all you other consultants and programmers out there.
I am looking to find out how you track your time. I have a hand full of clients (3-10). They all call or IM randomly and eat up my time with chatter. I work on a number of different project through out the day for a number of different people. It is all hap-hazard.
What are you using to track your time, I work a solid week but at the end can only seem to bill for part of it, I never end up with 40 hours billable?
