Hi I registered my nameserver tonight using DNS option 4.
primary: ns5.blutekhosting.com
secondary: ns1.geodns.net
Now for the DNS tool, am I just suppose to enter every single domain that gets setup on the server? Do I enter them as master or slave? What about resellers setting up domains? I guess I would have to go through the accounts every night and find any new ones added for that day....
When I get my additional IP, I am goin to be using DNS option 2 and have my nameservers as these:
primary: ns5.blutekhosting.com
secondary: ns6.blutekhosting.com
Will my customers lose access temporarily to their domain when I tell them to switch nameservers? And if use this method, I no longer need the DNS tool correct?

I'm new at this but my understanding is that you should have your secondary dns servers on another machine. You should have your server as the master and SB's as the slave. You can authorize your DNS server to upload your updates to the slave servers. In that case, you wouldn't need to update with the SB DNS tool because your nameservers would do this automatically when you update your zones.
I think that's it, I could be wrong, so if I am, please correct me :)

You will need to use the DNS Tool to add your domains as "slave" domains. When you do this you will need to enter the IP address of your server as the master nameserver. Make sure that you have NS records in your master zone for ns1.geodns.net and ns2.geodns.net to make sure the zone gets transferred properly.

When you get your new nameserver registered you need to modify your NS records to point to ns5.blutekhosting.com
and ns6.blutekhosting.com and give it time to propagate (24 hours). Once it has propagated, you can switch the nameserver registration without downtime. Since the same information will be available on both GeoDNS nameservers and both of your nameservers, then everyone will get the same information during the transfer. After all the domains are switched to the new nameservers then you can safely remove the slave zones from the DNS Tool. Or you could leave them in there and have 4 nameservers instead of two. ;)

Ok what about add-on domains? Do I need to add these as well in the DNS tool the same way?

Only if you want those domains to resolve. :D
