If I just bought my own license of Ensim for $499 for 100 domain license, can I just purchase the $119 POWER SERVER Linux Red Hat 7.3 deal, and install my own Ensim?

Sure you ca, it would be a no brainer. Although it may turn out cheaper if you lease a server with Ensim preinstalled

Yes, you can install Ensim yourself and use your own license. However, ServerBeach support would not be able to troubleshoot the installation and the OS portion of the ServerBeach SLA would be void. You would need to contact Ensim directly for any support issues.
