Migrating via WHM

We're planning to upgrade and move to a new server at SB. I know you can move accounts via WHM, but I've never actually done it, so wanted to find out if anyone who has has any feedback or suggestions.

Does this work? What should I expect to go wrong?

i moved 40 accounts from ensim to cpanel without any problems, but the 41st account keeps timing out trying to copy the home_dir

I should also clarify-- this is a WHM to WHM move.
