Setting A records (lists.xxxx.com)

Do you have Plesk 6?
Do you have mailing lists working?
Since I had Plesk 6 installed not once has mailing lists worked and support is stumped on this issue.
They said that I needed to add "lists" as an A name using the DNS Tool and I have but using "dig A webticker.com" I get this..

Anyone have a suggestion?
Going to http://lists.webticker.com/mailman/admin/mailinglistname
yields nothing (server can't be found).
