Poor HTTP Download performance

Hello,

I've been having a problem for at least a couple of weeks. HTTP downloads from my website:

Have been running at about 100kps. I can download from other websites at nearly 300kps with my connection and FTP works at over 300kps as well. I don't think that FTP is THAT much more efficient than HTTP. The load on my server is not to blame- when I download from the website directly on my server I get almost instant downloads. I don't have any bandwidth throttling enabled. Kyle & I are stumped- any ideas out there? Thanks.

I get about 379k a second but it slowly goes down to about 120k but it doesn't reach 120k till about 3megs of data.

Might need to have SB look at it.
