Restoring Windows Firewall

Recently my server got virus (I don't know how), and it destroys Windows Firewall. I read that a software can do that deleting some registry keys (that was exactly what happened). I clean the server, but now, how do I restore the Windows Firewall?

Unless you've completely reinstalled the OS, you cannot be certain you've completely cleaned the infection -- All it takes is one little executable anywhere to reinfect you.

The simple fact that one security component of Windows won't work as expected should prove that you have not yet undone all effects of the compromise.
