Guys, I canīt access my account and our server was turned off today. Is the first time in more than 2 years that I experience this with this "new server".

Can somebody of the staff turn on our server?

I already sent a message thru the customer service, but is not LIVE chat and I just receive this:

Error message: 554 5.7.1 <sales@serverbeach.com>: Relay access denied." :confused:

I hope somebody of the staff can read this before monday and help.

I wonīt post our server info, I will PM it.

Hopefully this has been resolved by now. If not, please call our Customer Service department.

What has been resolved? the Live Chat? it sends me the same postmaster error:

Unable to deliver message.
Error message: 554 5.7.1 <sales@serverbeach.com>: Relay access denied

Do you have a International number? Iīm in México and I canīt use the 1800.

UPDATE: I could access my server beach account, and I just rebooted the server, that was all I needed, thanks.
