Whm /config

I've recived my new server today's morning, and I don't know how to configure it.

I started for the first time the whm panel and I set
Resolver: 66.139.72.6
Resolver secondary: 66.139.72.22
Territorial resolver: leave this blank.

When I check this configuration I obtain:
Resolver: 127.0.0.1
Resolver secondary: blank
Territorial resolver: blank
(is this correct?) :confused:

I need to configure this server to resell hosting, and I'd like to have some step by step help, because I can't create a single account, or a reseller account.
I think that my error it's in the Name Server's Configurations, is possible to begin configuring the server only with one Ip ?

Anybody can help me ???
