backing up on cpanel

I want to do daily back ups. I have two 1GB servers with cpanel. Can I back up one onto the other, and vice versa?

Or, I also have a super fast cable connection. Is it possible to back up the entire server at once onto my home pc?

cPanel can do a full backup of all your configurations and sites into one tarball.
