You're right, QT - a good place to start is the support forums for the programmer of the beast itself! :p

I just discovered another good resource today while browsing and wish I'd had this available when first setting up our new Cpanel server this past summer though. There is a step by step guide for setting up your CPanel server here that is really newbie friendly.

Um, I never got the first screen? It went straight into step two.

Is there any way to apply these changes after the fact, or to get access to that screen again?

Nevermind, I found where you can update the resolver after you are through the initial walkthrough.
