I have a customer who is on business in a foreign country (Ukraine), his e-mail was set up on Outlook Express in the e-mail and worked fine. Upon arriving in the Ukraine he plugged in and was able to check his e-mail, but not send any. He didn't change any settings and was able to send an receive before leaving. Does anyone know why this would be and how to fix it?
