Unable to add site in Cpanel

i get the following error when adding site through create accounts


--tried to removed the site by editing all the httpd.conf, httpd.conf- etc etc ..still not luck....

Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf?)

You'll need to delete or change every reference to that domain in httpd.conf. cPanel will pick it up even if it's commented out, so it has to be removed or changed.
