Our developers are doing some work related to the new ticketing system interface and it seems to be affecting other systems as well. They are aware of the issue and are working to get it corrected. Thanks for your patience.

Dear tech people:
Today I tried to add two domainnames to the master DNS server of serverbeach at the control panel, but unfortunately I have been getting the following error when clicked finished all the time.
Seems you have a problem with this script. Please correct it.
Warning: pg_exec(): Query failed: ERROR: fmgr_info: function 62540349: cache lookup failed . in /var/www/serverbeach.com/serverbeach/php3_libs/postgres.phlib on line 468
I sent as well an email to the tech support at SB.
Best regards,
J

Is there an ETA on when the DNS tool will be fixed? I tried again this morning and it still isn't working. We can't add new domains without it correct? I had already changed the DNS at the registrar level so this domain will be in limbo when it "takes" today...not very professional of me.
So far, I am quite dissapointed (in less than a week, no less) after forking over $149 :(
Also, I am not an advanced programmer, but I do know when you are developing something new, you don't do it on a *production* server.
Take care,
Nancy
