It seems I've been sucked into this technical support black hole I've been reading about here. On Sunday, I submitted a request to have PTR records added for the two IP addresses with which I've been provisioned. Having not received any response, I followed up with another support request on Wednesday. Here on day five of this little adventure, I still haven't heard anything from techinical support. I'd really like to get these PTR records added at some point in the near future. Has anyone here hit upon a strategy for winning the attention of the support people? Is there some secret handshake I need to learn? Anyone? [tap...tap...tap] Is this thing on?
