Hey all, i just bought one of your power servers, one of my friends is helping me thru most of it, but i have a question, will the info be e-mailed where i can log in to my server and set up accounts and stuff? and how long will that take. just woundering.:confused:

Hey,

Yes, you will be emailed.. It can take anywhere from 18 (the speed at which I was activated) to 48 hours (the speed they advertise). I recommend keeping an eye on your "My ServerBeach" area - as soon as you see an IP, access it via http://your.ip.addy.here/ - then, dependant on what you see, you can anticipate getting an email sometime soon after that as they install software and whatnot... it will include IPs, login information and whatever else.

All of the login information will be e-mailed to you as soon as the server is online. You did use a valid e-mail address when you signed up, right? :)

You cannot log in until you receive the welcome letter with the information. The IP address is assigned before the server goes online .. just because there is an IP address in MyServerBeach does not mean your server is online.
