Accounts not showing up in WHM

One of my user accounts is not showing up in WHM for some reason. I've run /scripts/updatenow and /scripts/updateuserdomains to no avail. I can see the account in /home and it appears under the correct username, and can ftp to the account in question. I can access it via the web and can access it via CPanel.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
