If anyone in tech support happens upon this can you Please let me know the status of my support ticket number (#6438-1 Ensim email notification not functioning). I got a response to a follow-up a couple of days ago from Henry saying he was going to look into it and nothing since. The ticket is now 6 days old.

Before anyone offers to rant and rave about searching for my own answer, I have! I've searched this forum, I searched Ensim's Forum and Knowledge Base, Read the Ensim Manual from start to finish and searched google just for good measure.

So if the issue can't be resolved just tell me so and I'll try to figure something else out.

OK, no ranting about checking out the forums...but have you checked the new support ticket system in MyServerBeach? You can at least see if there was an update and maybe even get the latest status.

Checked, Re-Checked and Triple Checked. No status change. No updates and no one assigned to the ticket.

There was nothing before Henry and there has been nothing since Henry.
