Hello,

I'm new here :)
Im not sure how big matrix fans any of you are but there is a (possibly official) matrix alternate reality game being hosted here!

It's a very deep trail of clues hidden in code, cryptic messages, clues from the movies themselves... its amazing.

Some of the sites are:

www.metacortechs.com (thomas andersons workplace in the matrix)

www.metadex (part of metacortechs)

www.little-boxes.net (employee of the months website)

www.paintover.net (picture for little boxes 'hosted' here)

www.cascadevortex.com (paranormal accomodation from little-boxes archive)

sheismissing.info (from going to mail.little-boxes.net)
heismissing.info (guess
then theres the bogus hosting company apparently hosting all of these www.underscorehosting.com

The problem is all these sites except metadex and metacortechs have the same ip when you look up their ip.. but if you lookup the domain name of that ip, you get leiphe.net.

I was wondering, is it possible to get a listing of web sites owned by the same person as the ones above? or is that against the rules :S ? or is it possible to get a list of the domain names assigned to 66.135.36.145 ?

Thankyou, I hope im not breaking any rules.

If you had asked that question about 6 years ago, you might've received a good answer. :) The WHOIS database used to be searchable based on contact name or NIC handle, but it was abused too much so only registrars have access to that information now. Since dozens of domains can resolve to the same IP address but an IP address can only resolve to one domain, it is difficult to find which domains are hosted on an IP address (short of asking the site administrator). I have seen some people add mutliple PTR records for an IP, but it is not common practice and something that ServerBeach does not do. The only surefire way to find out would be to ask the guy who runs the server with that IP address.

Thanks for the reply, but I highly doubt the people who run the server will tell me that info because im pretty sure this is an official thing by Warner Bros... hence they most likely have orders to not give away any info like that :(

Appreciate the reply,
